1. Stocks subject to availability. (We do not have any stocks on hand so as to prevent poor storage of the products and also to let our customer have a better quality of the products.)
  2. Products sold are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
  3. We encourage you to help us check for defects before accepting our delivery.
  4. Full payment / a deposit must be made via bank transfer before we proceed to place order and arrange a delivery date and time for you.
  5. Refund is not allowed if we have collected your order.
  6. If the item that you order is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you an option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund.
  7. We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.
  8. Phone number must be provided for us to contact you if necessary.
  9. We will advise you the delivery date and time beforehand so as to ensure that someone is at home to receive the order.
  10. Customers, who request to have their items left outside their house, should note that Abby Pet Mart shall not be held responsible for any damage / missing items after delivery has been made.
  11. If delivery is unsuccessful, a re-delivery charge is applicable (Delivery Fee: $4)
